  • Monday through Thursday from 8:00-5:00
  • Friday 8:00 -1:00
• We operate according to Florida State University’s calendar. This calendar showing university closures can be found here: https://registrar.fsu.edu/publications/calendar 
• Please call during the hours of operations to make an appointment: 850-644-2238 

Clinic Location and Parking:   

• The clinic is in the Warren Building located at 201 West Bloxham Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301.  
• Patients, please park in the designated patient parking spots, indicated by the yellow signs.  
• Students, faculty and staff of Florida State University may park in any spot in the lot.
